You will get document templates for day-to-day HR issues, these range from probation review letters, disciplinary meeting letters, performance review meeting templates and reference request forms.

How can you help me track absences and sickness?

Either using our HR database or your own monitoring system we can identify patterns in absence, report on high levels of absence and advise on the best course of action to help get your employees back to work

How does HR Services fit into my business as we grow?

We don’t ask you to tie into any long term deals, you pay for what you need at the time for what is relevant to your business. Initially you will likely need contracts of employment and basic employee detail forms. The more staff you get you may want to introduce an appraisal process or have the need to carry out a performance review. Further down the line you may need to make more significant changes such as a restructure or pay review.
