Lisa is an Army Bratt so it’s always a difficult one when people ask her where she is from!
After bouncing around several courses at college, Leisure and Tourism Management, Hair and Beauty, Lisa fell into recruitment purely by chance.
After training with the best and working for some of the country’s biggest national recruitment brands Lisa took her 1st jump into self-employment in November 2014.
Fast forward to today and skipping over the birth of her child and an illness that almost made her leave the industry, Lisa is the owner of Slice, and proud of what her and the team are achieving daily.
If Lisa didn’t own Slice, she would probably own a salon or bar in Spain and spend her nights sipping cocktails in the sun.

Outside of HR, Lisa enjoys attending festivals and music events, as well as relaxing in the sunshine, particularly in Dubai. Lisa also once successfully performed the Heimlich manoeuvre on a choking cat.

With a Master’s degree in International Marketing and recognition as an award-winning marketer, Emily brings a strong blend of creativity, strategy, and energy to her role. Her expertise spans campaign development, brand positioning, and content creation, enabling her to deliver impactful marketing solutions.
She is passionate about helping businesses stand out, using innovative ideas and strategic thinking to create engaging campaigns that drive results. Emily thrives in a fast-paced environment, turning concepts into meaningful outcomes that support business growth.
At Slice Solutions, Emily plays a key role in shaping and delivering marketing strategies that elevate client brands. Her ability to combine creativity with commercial insight ensures that every campaign is both engaging and effective.
Outside of Slice, Emily competes at the highest level of Allstar Cheerleading and will be competing at the Cheerleading World Championships for the third time this year!
